At Travelers, we believe in the power of feedback, especially for the purpose of optimizing our customers’ experiences with us. As with our mobile app redesign in 2021, it was customer feedback that led us to redesign our MyTravelers^® web experience for Personal Insurance customers in 2023.

The new MyTravelers web design is based on user research and analytics to help ensure this enhanced digital experience is more intuitive, secure and accessible to all. Benefits of the enhanced MyTravelers web experience include:
