Redesigned MyTravelers® Web Experience: Simplifying the Customer Experience

At Travelers, we believe in the power of feedback, especially for the purpose of optimizing our customers’ experiences with us. As with our mobile app redesign in 2021, it was customer feedback that led us to redesign our MyTravelers® web experience for Personal Insurance customers in 2023.

The new MyTravelers web design is based on user research and analytics to help ensure this enhanced digital experience is more intuitive, secure and accessible to all. Benefits of the enhanced MyTravelers web experience include:

  • More intuitive navigation features.
  • Greater consistency between the mobile app and web experience.
  • Enhanced security.

Through both the MyTravelers web and mobile app experiences, customers can:

  • Manage payments through bill pay and AutoPay options.
  • Access, download and print insurance cards.
  • File and track claims and chat with a Claim professional.

By understanding consumers’ changing expectations, we are constantly evolving our digital experiences to deliver an exceptional customer experience. When it comes to our MyTravelers mobile app, the success of our efforts is reflected in our 4.7-star App Store rating based on more than 65,000 reviews through 2023.
